How did you use the media
technologies in the construction and research,
planning and evaluation stages?
Above are two screen recordings formatted through QuickTime Media Player showing examples of how technology was used and executed throughout the production of my music video. The video's above show how to use the chroma keying effect in Final Cut Pro - a technique essential for our video as a lot of graphics were used to add the final touch to our product. Including Japanese word art and an "MTV" logo. The video above demonstrates how I achieved the green screen chroma keying effect using FCP technology.
Technology had to be used and incorporated throughout the WHOLE of my media project - the video above goes some way to demonstrating how I used a programme called FontCase for my ancillary products. The video above just the like the two videos previous are screen recordings of me during the editing process constructing these particular things using state-of-the-art technology. This video in particular shows how I was able to utilise both FontCase and another photo technology manipulator and construction software programme PhotoShop.
PhotoShop was the primary technological programme used to create my ancillary product and the screen recording/casting above should go some way of explaining how I explored with fonts and layers and colours during the production stage of my ancillary product.
This final video above should go the most way to demonstrating and explaining and also highlighting the various converging of media mediums needed to create our final music video. Using Final Cut Pro - I have edited a completely new edit of our music video aided with a technological breakdown of the various technologies used and incorporated in our final music video covering all stages form construction to editing and producing the video.
Lastly I would also like to highlight the importance that the technology of Blogger throughout the construction, research, planning and evaluation stages had on our project. Blogger as a site is a convergence hub allowing me to incorporate videos, images, slideshows and audio recordings into one place to effectively demonstrate and showcase my A2 media blog. The site is compatible with an array of formats - which allowed me to not limit the various ways in which I could show you my work and its incorporation with text input - allowed me to go into detail - Blogger is the effectively the best convergent internet device to allow me to do this.
