The above image is a 3D mock up of dub-pop artist James Blake's debut digipak of his eponymous debut album. The digipak is very minimal which effectively represents James' as an artist. Being a dub-pop artist like our artist Ayo - minimalism is a theme that is touched upon heavily. Ayo as an artist though leant to more "pop" than "dub" hence the greater emphasis on colour and imagery.
The cover follows the three-colour scheme usually attributed with digipaks and album covers. Here James' cover consists of black, white and grey again reinforcing the minimalism - a technique synonymous with the dubstep genre.

Katy B's "On A Mission" is the platinum-selling debut album from the dub-pop artist. Similar to James Blake's cover - the cover doesn't rely on heavy colouring - just simple and minimalistic - I believe this is done to create the impression that the artist is "more about the music as opposed to the imagery and gimmicks" associated with pop artists.
Chase And Status are renown pioneers of the dub-pop genre - acquiring such critical acclaim as artists and having built a prolific discography - the artists are at a point where they no longer need to be presented physically on their album covers, they have a following already.
This cover is very similar to ours in the sense that the minimal image in the foreground is complimented by the bright colours of the texts and fonts - which puts a spin on the conventions seen by the other digipak covers above.
