Planning for music video
Short list of potential songs;
During lesson (5) on the 28th September 2011 we as a class were asked to join our individual groups and come up with a list of songs we would like to lip sync to for our music video. below is a brief bullet pointed list of songs that i and my group (28) came up with.

- James Morrison - Wonderful World
- James Morrison - Precious Love
- James Morrison - Letter
- James Blunt - You're Beautiful
- Snow Patrol - Chasing Cars
Using the above short list as the basis i and my group were asked to pick a final song choice that we would like to perform to, Unfortunately we as a group were unable to finalise the song choice for our music video as we believe all ths songs listed above are great tracks that we would be honoured to perform to. At the moment we have been able to finalise which artists song we would like to use for our coursework which is (James Morrison) but still are unsure which song we would most love to perform on its either
(James Morrison - Letter ) or (James Morrison Precious Love).
Research for music video
Skills audit; Think back to the research that you conducted for your AS practical work; how have your skills in research developed since then write a short summary;
I personally believe that my skills in research have developed in several ways. In the past i used to constantly use Google for all types of research, which i carried out doing during the beginning of the AS year. After a few months into the AS year i was introduced to various websites such as Wikipedia,Vimeo and IMDB to use as resources for researching for my thriller video, where i was able to find all my required research needed directly and efficiently.
Personally i was never that good at expressing myself to others making me independent, but as i became more and more closer with my classmates in AS i was able to fluently research required research to an high standard, i now believe that from working in a group whatever you accomplish is always to a high standard as you cobined together have extra support and knowledge. of an ently reading but since i and my class started research into Film industry i have been reading up and till now.
My approach to research has also miraculously changed previously i would carry out reserach only because it was a set task but now i am always reserach new ideas for all my subjects whether its media or english.
